If not let me elaborate. The need to keep a relationship going based on the need to avoid ever feeling alone is based on feelings of fear. That fear being the fear of being alone. In the presence of fear true feelings of love actually get submerged and stifled. In other words they never get the chance to surface.A relationship based on such feelings inevitably lead the "lonely" partner to begin exhibiting behaviors which are controlling towards their partner whenever their sense of security is threatened. Such behaviors will attempt to limit the healthy self expression of the partner solely for the purpose of keeping the lonely partner from feeling anxious or insecure. So now I ask you, is that what you would call "loving behavior"?I highly doubt it!If you're with me then, if you wish, do the following:Place one hand over your heart and simply assert to yourself, as if speaking from your heart, that a) this is not true loving behavior and b) you personally never desire to make feelings of loneliness the foundation of your relationship.Next, if you would like to have more clarity on what the experience and feeling of Love really is, again with your hand over your heart, assert this to yourself as well. Now notice how you feel inside. If you've followed me so far you may be feeling a greater sense of clarity, joy, lightness, inner peace, contentment, and yes feelings of love. Finally, allow yourself to be inspired by your new state to begin imagining what you want your relationship to be and feel like. As you create this new picture, imagine that it is actually happening in your life right now. Then notice how you feel.If this feels desirable to you, again you may wish to assert this to yourself via your heart and then again notice how you feel.So in your contemplation of that question above you have been helped to awaken to greater clarity of what love is by asking you to look at what it isn't. This is your first step to putting your life and relationship on a strong foundation of Love and is based on a powerful process called the Mind Resonance Process® (MRP).If you would like to build on your experience kindly contact me at the web site below where you can begin by requesting a free introductory telephone/Skype coaching consultation today.Do you know that feelings of jealousy are a) not a sign of how much you love someone b) make you a potentially controlling, needy, unattractive person and c) has the tendency to destroy your relationships?Do you also know that these negative feelings were actually imprinted "into" you as a result of earlier negative life experiences of rejection, abandonment, being unwanted, unloved, and/or neglected that remain stored within you as painful negative memories that many refer to as their "emotional baggage"?Finally, do you know that it is now possible to permanently delete/erase those old emotional memories, the pain associated with them and hence the jealous feelings they generate once and for all? So what will that mean for you, you ask?First let me clarify for you the nature and purpose of those jealous feelings. If, say, you are jealous that your boyfriend is giving more attention to another women those feelings are not a measure of your love for your boyfriend.
Instead they are more a measure of how needy, insecure, dependent, and unworthy you feel inside. These feelings are sourced more deeply from negative painful memories of past events in your life where you were overlooked for someone else, rejected, abandoned, excluded, ostracized, left out, made to feel unloved or unlovable, abused, and neglected, etc.The pain associated with these events remains buried like an unhealed open wound within the subconscious mind; what I refer to as "emotional landmines" that have the tendency to be retriggered when similar such events are (or are about to) recur in your current life. The feelings of jealousy erupt as a dysfunctional attempt to control others and your situation in order to keep those negative feelings suppressed and out of conscious awareness. How do they do this, you ask?Well, in truth they don't actually accomplish this task but many are led to believe that the jealousy will motivate them to go above and beyond to retrieve the lost "loved" person for themselves so that they can again feel loved, wanted, lovable, secure, in control of their life, peaceful, relaxed, calm and able to truly open their heart to the one they love.Sadly, this is anything but the truth. In fact the feelings of jealousy are associated with controlling, manipulative, self and other "dis-respecting" behaviors, anger, hate, feelings of low self worth and so on. Ultimately they make one feel unattractive and unworthy. All of that has a major negative impact on one's self esteem and relationships and leads them to once again be rejected. This creates a new wound that only further fuels feelings of insecurity and jealousy. There is only one way to exit this self destructive negative cycle and that is to completely erase the old emotional baggage, past negative memories and associated pain once and for all.
A decade ago it was discovered that negative memories could be readily and permanently deleted from the subconscious mind thereby helping to rapidly restore one's self worth, sense of security, self esteem, self control, self confidence, emotional independence and self sufficiency, strength, self assuredness, ability to make self respecting choices and much more.So if you are one of those people who are continually hijacked by feelings of jealousy that are driven by old emotional baggage and you would like to learn more about a new coaching process that erases negative memories and beliefs kindly visit the web site below where you can request a free e-copy of my book and/or request a free introductory telephone/Skype consultation that will begin to help you take your mind and life back in a powerful way.
